Q: I’m already in week 30+ of my pregnancy, is this still going to help me?
Yes! Whether you are in week 0 or week 35, this membership will be valuable for your pregnancy journey.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel at any time.
Q: Can I join this membership if I’m a vegetarian/paleo/gluten-free/dairy-free/etc.?
Yes! There will be valuable information for all types of diets backed with evidence-based information. The meal plans are created as if the person following them has no dietary restrictions and are meant to be adjusted based on the individuals needs.
Q: Can I join if I live outside the U.S?
Yes! There are no location restrictions.
Q: What format is the content delivered in?
The content is written text released weekly with reminders sent straight to your inbox. You may also encounter some video content.
Q: Are meal plans included?
A: 4 60-day meal plans with grocery lists (preconception, 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, 3rd
trimester) are included with the yearly subscription. These plans are available for an
additional price of $79 with the monthly subscription. A 30-day meal plan is part of the
Gestational Diabetes course included with the yearly subscription or $119 with the monthly
subscription. The meal plans are created as if the person following them has no dietary
restrictions, as of now, there are no vegetarian meal plans. However, we have a compre-
hensive vegetarian guide inside the library that details essential foods to include to ensure
you get every critical nutrient for pregnancy.
Q: Does a membership include information on gestational diabetes?
A: Yes! There is a note on managing gestational diabetes that is included as a monthly
member. The Feel Good GD program, a comprehensive self-paced course and 30 day meal
plan, is included with the annual membership or available for $119 as a monthly member.
Q: Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
A: Yes! Both membership options are HSA/FSA eligible.
